Food for the Soul: Langar has been published in the latest issue of The Taj Magazine. The subject is close to my heart, and the research for my forthcoming book, Gurdwaras: Abodes of the Guru, published by Gentry Press, informed this article, which includes beautiful water colour paintings by Allan Quesada from this book.
